By downloading or using BlockBlastX, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlockBlastX ("the App"), operated by the BlockBlastX development team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BlockBlastX for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts with fraudulent scores or abusive behavior.
Gems are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. Gems cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for real money, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
You may purchase gem packs through Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for purchase-related issues.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
BlockBlastX displays advertisements, including rewarded video ads that allow you to earn free gems. By using the App, you consent to receiving ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device's App Tracking Transparency settings.
Your display name and score may appear on the global leaderboard visible to all users. By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this information. Do not use offensive, inappropriate, or infringing display names — we reserve the right to remove or modify them.
All content in BlockBlastX, including graphics, sounds, music, code, and game design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited license in Section 2.
BlockBlastX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of gems, game progress, or data. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to BlockBlastX at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
