This Privacy Policy explains how Nailsca handles information in the Nail Desing mobile app. Nail Desing lets users upload or capture a hand photo, describe a nail style, generate an AI nail design preview, save results, and manage premium access.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process the following information:

• Account information, such as email address and authentication identifiers.
• User content, such as uploaded photos, generated nail design images, prompts, style choices, and related history.
• Body-related image content, such as hands visible in photos you choose to upload or capture.
• Purchase information, such as subscription status and entitlement information processed through Apple StoreKit.
• Usage information, such as product interaction and app activity used to operate, improve, and protect the app.

How We Use Information

• To provide AI nail design generation and display the generated result.

AI Processing

To generate nail previews, selected photos, masks, prompts, and style references may be sent to cloud AI services, including OpenAI, through our backend. AI-generated results are visual previews and may not reflect real manicure results.

Storage and Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the app, including Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and cloud functions; OpenAI for AI image generation; Google Mobile Ads for advertising; and Apple StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Advertising and Tracking

The app may show banner or rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, and related information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and measurement. Where required, the app may request permission before accessing tracking identifiers.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to upload a photo or not to create an account.
• You can delete generated items from your history inside the app where available.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can limit ad tracking through iOS privacy settings where available.

Data Retention

We keep account, history, and generated content for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Deleted history items may take time to be removed from backups or logs.

Children

Nail Desing is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate permission. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us through the support channel listed on the App Store product page.

International Processing

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate.
