These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nail Desing mobile app provided by Nailsca. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Your license to use the app is also governed by our End User License Agreement.

Use of the App

Nail Desing provides AI-assisted nail design previews for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you upload or submit.

AI-Generated Results

AI-generated nail previews may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. Results are not professional beauty, medical, or cosmetic advice. Real manicure results may vary based on products, nail condition, technique, lighting, and other factors.

User Content

• You must have the right to upload any photo or content you submit.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content, generate previews, store history, and operate the app.

Premium Subscriptions

The app may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions, such as unlimited design generation, ad-free usage, priority AI access, or HD save and share features. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple and may vary by country or region. Apple may charge your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and for renewals unless the subscription is canceled according to Apple's subscription rules.

Free Trials and Ads

The app may provide limited free generation rights, rewarded ads, banner ads, or other ad placements. We may change free limits, ad availability, premium features, or pricing over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the app or backend services.
• Bypassing subscription, trial, paywall, or advertising systems.
• Using the app to infringe rights, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.
• Submitting content that you do not have permission to use.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services, including Firebase, OpenAI, Google Mobile Ads, and Apple StoreKit. Your use of the app may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also modify these terms by posting an updated version on this page.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect results, or that generated designs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nailsca will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
