End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Nailsca for the Nail Desing mobile application, including any updates, features, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

License Grant

Nailsca grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Nail Desing on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this EULA and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Ownership

The app, including its design, software, user interface, branding, text, features, and related materials, is licensed and not sold. Nailsca and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, except for rights expressly granted to you under this EULA.

Paid Subscriptions and Premium Features

Nail Desing may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited AI design generation, ad-free usage, priority generation, HD save/share options, or other benefits shown inside the app. Subscription prices, durations, trials, and availability may vary by country or region and may change over time.

Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings within the time required by Apple. Refunds, billing support, and cancellation flows are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Free Access, Trials, and Advertising

The app may include limited free usage, free generation rights, rewarded ads, banner ads, or other ad-supported features. Nailsca may modify free limits, ad placements, premium benefits, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

User Content and AI Processing

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, references, and other content you upload or submit. You must have all rights and permissions needed to use that content in the app. You grant Nailsca the limited rights necessary to process your content, generate AI nail design previews, store results, provide history features, maintain the service, and support app functionality.

AI-generated results are previews only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or different from real manicure results. The app does not provide professional cosmetic, medical, or beauty advice.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Bypass subscriptions, paywalls, free limits, advertising systems, or usage restrictions.
• Use the app to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, attack, or disrupt the app or its backend.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the app.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services, including Firebase, OpenAI, Google Mobile Ads, and Apple StoreKit. These services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and technical requirements. Nailsca is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

Updates and Availability

Nailsca may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or feature changes. Some features may require an internet connection, a supported device, a valid account, or an active subscription. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will end automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete any copies from your devices.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nailsca does not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, generate perfect results, or operate without interruption, errors, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nailsca will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, subscriptions, generated content, or third-party services.

Apple Terms

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA to the extent required by Apple's platform rules and may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
