How do I claim tiles?
Simply start a run in the app and run through any area. Every hexagonal tile you pass through gets automatically claimed in your color. No manual action needed.
Does RunTerra work with Apple Watch?
Yes! RunTerra has a native Apple Watch app. You can start, pause, and stop your run directly from your wrist and view live stats without touching your phone.
How do I create or join a clan?
Go to the Clan tab in the app. Tap "Create Clan" to start your own, or use an invite link from a friend to join an existing one. Free clans support up to 10 members.
What is Clan Pro?
Clan Pro is a one-time purchase for clan owners that expands the member limit from 10 to 30 and adds a Pro badge to the clan profile. It can be purchased in the Shop tab.
What are Tile Skins?
Tile Skins are cosmetic items that change the appearance of your claimed map tiles. Available skins: Gold, Chrome, and Flame. Purchase them in the Shop tab.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Shop tab and tap "Restore Purchases". Your previously purchased skins and Clan Pro will be restored automatically.
Why is GPS not tracking my run?
Make sure RunTerra has location access set to "Always" in your iPhone Settings → Privacy → Location Services → RunTerra. Also ensure you're outdoors with a clear sky view.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
